Análisis de conducta, intervenciones no farmacológicas y COVID-19

La OMS identifica las intervenciones no farmacológicas (INFs) como medidas esenciales para el control de la COVID-19, caracterizadas como fenómenos conductuales. Este estudio realizó una revisión de alcance para examinar las contribuciones analítico-conductuales a la adherencia a las INFs. Utilizando PRISMA-ScR, se revisaron 51 artículos publicados en 17 revistas de Análisis del Comportamiento en portugués, inglés y español. Los estudios abordaron diez INFs, incluyendo el aislamiento domiciliario y trabajo remoto (n=30), la higiene de manos (n=9), la comunicación de riesgo para impacto conductual (n=9) y el uso de equipos de protección personal (EPP) (n=8). Se aplicaron ampliamente procedimientos como el manejo de estímulos antecedentes y consecuentes, la modelación, el Entrenamiento en Habilidades Conductuales (BST), el Entrenamiento en Reversión de Hábitos (HRT), el costo de respuesta, el comportamiento de elección, las metacontingencias, las macrocontingencias y el control aversivo. Los hallazgos destacan al Análisis del Comportamiento como un campo prometedor para enseñar y mejorar repertorios conductuales protectores, proporcionando herramientas efectivas para abordar emergencias de salud pública.

Política de Archivado, Uso Compartido y Reutilización de Preimpresión, Manuscrito Aceptado y Versión Publicada Final
La contribución de los autores a la RBTCC tiene tres versiones, que se definen a continuación y se pueden archivar, compartir y reutilizar en las siguientes condiciones:
1. Una preimpresión (o envío original) es la versión del artículo del autor antes de que se realice una revisión por pares. Antes de la aceptación para la publicación, el (los) autor (es) se reservan el derecho de hacer una preimpresión de su artículo disponible en: su propio sitio web personal y auto-mantenido; un servidor de preimpresión legalmente compatible, como PsyArXiv y arXiv. Una vez que se ha publicado el artículo, el (los) autor (es) debe (n) actualizar el acuse de recibo y proporcionar un enlace a la versión definitiva en el sitio web del editor, agregando el texto: “Esta es una preimpresión de un artículo publicado en la Revista Brasileña de Terapia Conductual y Cognitiva. La versión autenticada final está disponible en línea en: https://doi.org/[ insertar el DOI]”. RBTCC fomenta la publicación de preimpresiones de manuscritos en servidores de preimpresión, sitios web de autores o institucionales, y comunicaciones abiertas entre investigadores, ya sea en servidores de preimpresión de la comunidad o plataformas de comentarios de preimpresión. La publicación de preimpresiones no se considera publicación previa y no pondrá en peligro la consideración de un manuscrito en RBTCC. Los autores deben divulgar los detalles de la publicación previa a la impresión, incluidos los términos de licencia y DOI, al presentar el manuscrito o en cualquier otro momento durante el proceso de publicación de RBTCC.
2. Un manuscrito aceptado es aquella versión aceptada para su publicación en RBTCC luego de una revisión por pares pero antes de la edición y composición tipográfica que puede estar disponible bajo las siguientes condiciones:
(i) en su propio sitio web personal inmediatamente después de la aceptación,
(ii) a disposición del público, 12 meses después de la primera publicación (“Período de embargo”), en cualquiera de los siguientes: el sitio web interno de su empleador; sus repositorios institucionales y/o financiadores. Los manuscritos aceptados también pueden depositarse en dichos repositorios inmediatamente después de la aceptación, siempre que no estén disponibles públicamente hasta después del Período de Embargo.
Debe incluirse un reconocimiento en el siguiente formulario, junto con un enlace a la versión publicada en el sitio web del editor: “Esta es una versión posterior a la revisión por pares, previa a la edición de un artículo publicado en la Revista Brasileña de Terapia Comportamental y Cognitiva. La versión autenticada final está disponible en línea en: http://dx.doi.org/[insertar el DOI]”.
3. La versión final publicada (PDF) es el PDF editado y compilado por la RBTCC, la misma versión publicada en el sitio web de la revista. Se puede archivar en repositorios institucionales o financiadores y se puede hacer público de inmediato.
