Resumo

A OMS considera as intervenções não-farmacológicas (NPIs) medidas cruciais para o controle epidemiológico da COVID-19, caracterizadas como fenômenos comportamentais. Este estudo implementou uma revisão de escopo para explorar contribuições analítico-comportamentais na adesão às NPIs. Com base no PRISMA-ScR, foram analisados 51 artigos publicados em 17 revistas especializadas em Análise do Comportamento em português, inglês e espanhol. Os artigos investigaram dez NPIs, destacando-se isolamento domiciliar e trabalho remoto (n=30), higienização das mãos (n=9), comunicação de risco para impacto comportamental (n=9) e uso de EPIs (n=8). Procedimentos como manejo de estímulos antecedentes e consequentes, modelagem, Behavioral Skills Training (BST), Habit Reversal Training (HRT), custo de resposta, comportamento de escolha, metacontingências, macrocontingências e controle aversivo foram amplamente aplicados. Os resultados indicam que a Análise do Comportamento é uma área promissora no ensino e fortalecimento de repertórios comportamentais protetivos, oferecendo ferramentas eficazes para lidar com emergências de saúde pública.
